Legally Calm Coaching

Coaching For Attorneys

I help lawyers to overcome perfectionism and transform their relationships with themselves & their work.

Hello, lovelies.

I’m Grace.

I’m a former federal prosecutor turned coach and attorney development professional.

If you’re struggling to find peace in your legal career, I understand and I see you.

I know what it’s like to struggle with:

  • Perfectionism

  • Confidence

  • Overwhelm

  • Burnout

  • Imposter thoughts

  • Procrastination

  • People-pleasing

  • Communication

Because I’ve struggled with them all. And sometimes still do (we are all humans after all, and growth isn’t linear).

My passion is helping other attorneys find peace and a sense of empowerment in their legal careers, so that they can up-level their careers and lives, whether that’s in the law or outside of it.

It is possible to find more ease, confidence, peace, and fulfillment in your work and life.

It is possible to get back to enjoying your work as an attorney, and coaching can help you get there.
